Day 4 Orientation and Meet With the Cabin Owners

Driving to Orientation.... Sara just might be nervous...she kept doing little screams the whole way there!!!

Pulling up for Orientation...all of us grinning...and that is putting it mildly

The first and last walk to an orientation for school EVER!!! Yayyy us!!!!

This is a first...Fresh Flowers at each cafeteria table...how lovely!!!

The day was awesome, but we were all exhausted..so we came home lazy and made some more noodles for our leftover white cream sauce that Susy had made the night before! After dinner we had to walk next door to the owner's of the Cabin to sign a bit of paperwork..the people who own the cabin are an older couple who are absolutely AWESOME! They invited us in for some mint tea, baked goods, and a visit. We had heard earlier on in the day from people who we met at the hospital that the woman who owns the cabin is the best goodie baker in Sioux Lookout! They were rightfully so. We were invited to go with them to a dinner on Saturday night to a reserve where we will take an ice road to get to! The dinner is a fundraiser for a young native girl who is travelling across seas to work in a hospital where she will provide TLC for babies...the way the couple described it was that she would be holding babies and soothing them...we agreed to go to the spaghetti dinner as it will be a great opportunity to meet people and provide for a good cause!
